Since the rotation axis of the wind turbine intersects with the wind direction, the rotor's attitude towards the wind does not change even if the floating body sways. When a gravity-operated opening and closing panel is attached to the blades, the panel opens when the rotor's rotational speed is low, increasing the wind-catching area (drag-type wing).
